We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, sizing, or appearance may occur due to screen settings and manufacturing differences.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all measurements and product selections are correct before purchase.

Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time.

If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in NZD (New Zealand Dollars) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment has cleared.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframes shown at checkout. However, delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or external factors outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays once the order has been handed to the courier.

Risk & Responsibility

Once your order has been delivered to the shipping address provided, responsibility for the product transfers to you. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage after delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moonzi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ)

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable.
